Kobe Beef in Kobe

Since we're in Kobe already, it would be a crime if we don't eat Kobe beef here. So off we go to one of the most famous restaurant in the area that serves Kobe beef! (hint, it's very near this road sign)

We watched, salivating as the beef was prepared right before our eyes. Medium rare is how I like my beef. The very helpful waiter speaks very good english for a Japanese, and taught us how to eat the beef to bring out the flavor. A sprinkling of salt, a dash of pepper, coupled with onion slices and a little bit of wasabi. I opted not to include the wasabi since I'm not a fan, but the beef was so, sooooo goooooood!! This meal was the most expensive throughout our trip, and so worth it!

After that we lingered a little in the streets of Kobe before taking a train back to Osaka again.
